Since 1995, ARK has been providing free technical support to indigenous community-based organizations across Africa working with children and families in a variety of organizational development areas. We share our gained experience to help and support grassroots organizations to improve the delivery of their services to children and families. Primarily, our focus is to provide need-based support to child-focused organizations on the ground as well as others based outside of Africa but whose programs benefit people in Africa. Technical support may involve leadership development, planning, project designing, vision clarification, identifying local resources, and others to help them meet their individualized organizational objectives and goals to improve the delivery of their services.
